Preorder Terms

These terms apply to the Eli Plush, First Run Preorder.

1. What a preorder is

The Eli plush has not been manufactured yet. You are reserving one from the first production run.

2. Payment

Your card is charged in full when you place the order. That number is what tells us how many units to manufacture.

3. Shipping date

We expect to ship by the end of December 2026. You will receive a tracking number by email the day your order leaves the warehouse.

4. If the date changes

If we cannot ship by the end of December 2026, we will email you before then with a revised date. You may accept the new date or cancel for a full refund. The choice is yours.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before your order ships. Email eli@evnastudios.com. No reason required and no restocking fee. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

6. If the run does not happen

If we do not reach the minimum order quantity the factory requires, the run will not proceed and every order will be refunded in full.

7. Shipping

US shipping is free on this run. There is no shipping charge at checkout. International orders are not available in this run.

8. Product specifications

Specifications are based on the approved character design and are subject to confirmation against the factory sample. Minor variation between the final product and preview images is possible.
