Questions

When does it ship?

December 2026. We will email you as soon as the factory confirms the run, and again the day yours ships with a tracking number. If anything slips, you hear it from us before then, not after.

Is this a preorder?

Yes. The plush has not been manufactured yet. You are reserving one from the first production run, and your card is charged today. That number is what tells us how many to make.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Any time before it ships. Email eli@evnastudios.com with your order number. No reason needed and no restocking fee. If we miss December, we email you with a new date and you choose: wait, or take a full refund. If the run never happens, everyone is refunded in full.

Where do you ship?

United States only for this first run. Shipping is free, with no shipping charge at checkout. International is not open yet.

How will I receive updates?

By email, to the address you use at checkout. We will write when the factory confirms the run, if anything about the date changes, and when your plush ships. We are not going to spam you.

Why is this a preorder and not just for sale?

Because we would rather make the right number than guess. A first plush run means tooling, samples, and a factory minimum. Preorders tell us what to commit to instead of gambling on a warehouse full of turtles.

Who owns Eli?

We do. Eli is an original character from EVNA Studios in Los Angeles, drawn from scratch and not licensed from anyone. Turtleville is his world.
